海珍玉液拮抗环磷酰胺诱发的遗传损伤效应

Study of Haizhenyuye(HY) Antatgonise Against the Mutation Effect Caused by Cyclophosphamida

摘要: 背景与目的:了解海珍玉液(Haizhenyuye,HY)的抗突变作用,为开发和临床应用提供科学依据。材料与方法:采用骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核测试法和精子畸形法评价HY拮抗环磷酰胺(CP)所致的遗传物质的损伤作用。结果:HY对诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核细胞和大鼠精子畸形有抑制作用,且随着HY剂量的增加抗突变组的骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和精子畸形的抑制率有上升趋势,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论:提示HY对环磷酰胺引起的体细胞和生殖细胞基因突变有着非常明显的拮抗作用。

Abstract: BACKGROUND & AIM: To study the anti-mutation effect of Haizhenyuye (HY) in order to provide some helpful informations to clinic. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cell and the sperm abnormality test in rats were used in this study.RESULTS: The frequencies of micronucleus and abnormal sperms caused by cyclophosphamide(CP)were reduced significantly by HY,and the more HY dose the more reduction of the frequencies(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The results indicated that HY can significantly decrease the mutation of somatic and germ cells caused by CP.
