MUTAGENICITY OF SODIUM OZAGREL

Abstract

Abstract: This paper reported the result s of mutagenesis of sodium ozagrel OKY- 046 assa yed with the Salmonella mutagenicity test Ames test , micronucleus test of polychromatic erythroblast on mouse bone marrow and aberration of sperm test . The result s showed that f rom 0. 05 -500μg/ plate , OKY - 046 didn’t reduce the reversion f requencies in st rain TA98 , TA100 and TA102 ; OKY- 046 couldn’t increase the f requency of micronucleus at the doses of 306. 2mg/kg , 612. 4mg/ kg and 1224. 8mg/ kg ;OKY- 046 didn’t also increase the aberration rate of sperm at the doses of 245mg/ kg , 490mg/ kg and 980mg/ kg , therefore , it is believed that OKY - 046 may be safe on potential mutagenesis.
