几味中药复方提取液对正常的和丝裂霉素C 诱发的淋巴细胞微核率的影响

摘要: 将茜草、淫羊藿、人参组成复方,提取其水溶成分,观察其对正常的淋巴细胞和用丝裂霉素C(MMC)诱发的淋巴细胞的微核率的影响。结果表明,各种浓度的提取液,诱发正常淋巴细胞微核不同,随着浓度的增高,微核率有上升趋势。而对MMC 诱发淋巴细胞微核的影响不显著。P > 0105 。

Abstract: The aqueous solution was ext racted f rom a compound formed by Rubia Cordif olia L . ,Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. and Panax ginseng C. A . Mey . The effect of the aqueous solution on the MN rates of both normal lymphocyte and the lymphocyte induced by MMC was surveyed. Result s show that the ext racted solution of different concent ration can induce different MN rates of normal lymphocyte. Along with the rising of the concent ration , the MN rate is tending to ascend. However , it can’t remarkably affect the MN rate of lymphocyte induced by MMC. P >0. 05
