玉米花粉山楂口服液致突变研究

Abstract

Abstract: This paper reported the research results of mutagenesis of oral corn pollen haw liquor (OCPHL) assayed with Ames test , bone marrow micronucleus test in mouse , lymphocyte chromosomal aberration test in human beings. and aberration of sperm test in mouse. The results showed that the OCPHL with 3 doses were not more than the negative controls reversion frequencies in strain TA97 , TA98 , TA100 with or without S9 in the Ames test , It did not raise the frequency of micronucleus , chromosomal aberration and sperm malformation. The results showed that the OCPHL induced no mutagenicity.
